The BJR series oil-resistant/oil-proof photoelectric sensors are optimized for use in various environments with cutting oil and lubricants such as automotive and machine tool industries. The sensors are capable of long distance detection up to 15 m (through-beam type). Various features including MSR (Mirror Surface Rejection) function and mutual interference prevention functions allow stable and error-free operation. The screw mounting hole is made of metallic nuts, allowing easy installation using M3 bolts and offering easy maintenance even when exposed to various oils.
The BRQ series Ø18 mm cylindrical photoelectric sensors are available in various sensing sides (front, side), housing material (SUS316L stainless steel, nickel-plated brass metal, plastic), and body sizes (standard, short-body) for flexible application in diverse environments. The sensors feature long detection distance up to 30 m and accurate sensing performance with excellent noise immunity and minimal influence from ambient light. Mutual interference prevention function also allows the sensors to be installed close together. With IP67 protection rating, the sensors offer stable and error-free operation even in wet or dusty environments. The IP67K models are also available for application in high pressure and high temperature water and dust environments.
The BTS series ultra-compact, slim type photoelectric sensors are ideal for installation in limited spaces and compact applications. The sensors measure just 7.2 mm wide, come equipped with built-in amplifiers and are capable of detecting tiny objects including metallic wires and semiconductor chips. The BTS Series is also built with IP67 protection structure and stainless steel mounting brackets, providing durable and reliable sensing solutions in diverse environments.

The BS5 series photomicro sensors are available in 5 different shapes (K, T, L, Y, V types) in cable types and connector types, offering maximum flexibility for various user applications and installation settings. The sensors feature high response frequency of 2 kHz, Light On/Dark On operation mode switching, and dust-resistant protection windows on the emitter and receiver.
The BS5-P series push button type photomicro sensors are capable of accurate detection regardless of material, color, or reflectivity of target objects. Optical detection by button operation guarantees a higher mechanical life cycle than traditional mechanical switches, up to 5 million operations. The inclusion of 4 led operation indicators (side: 2, top: 2) allows better indication of operation status and the stainless steel mounting brackets provide higher durability during installation and operation.

The BFX series fiber optic amplifiers feature dual digital LCD display for displaying present value and set value. The amplifier units feature quick response rates up to 50 ㎲, allowing detection of fast moving targets and high accuracy. The units feature 5 different response speed settings
The BF5 series fiber optic amplifiers are available in single and dual display models. The units feature 5 different response speed settings, for flexible and reliable detection of fast moving targets or small objects. With integrated mutual interference prevention, reliable detection is possible with multiple units (up to 8 units) with connection using side connectors. Other features include saturation prevention function, inverted display, and simple sensitivity adjustment settings. Red, green, and blue LED light source models are available for diverse applications.

The BD series laser displacement sensors can measure thickness, width, level difference, disparity, curve, evenness of target objects by detecting the amount of displacement. The sensors offer accurate and stable measurement regardless of target color or material. The sensor head and amplifier unit are detachable for easier maintenance and up to 8 sensor amplifier units can be interconnected with mutual interference prevention function.
The BD-C series communication converters allow RS232C/RS485 communication for BD series laser displacement sensors. The communication converters can be powered by the sensor amplifier unit by connecting the units using the side connector. The atDisplacement laser displacement sensor software allows users to batch parameter settings, monitor measured values and outputs in real-time, and set communication speed and addresses without connecting to host devices.

The BWM series mapping sensors are optimized for glass substrate detection with double scan method and excellent optical detection performance. The sensors can detect thin glass substrates with low levels of light reflection and support CC-Link and EtherCAT communication protocols. Users can easily check the teaching area using the installation instruction mode. The mapping sensors can be used to detect display panels on transport cassettes.
The BWML series line beam mapping sensors are optimized for glass substrate detection by using location image mapping method to minimize non-detection area and influence from harsh external conditions. The sensors support CC-Link and EtherCAT communication protocols and feature channel editing function which allows users to change pixels or edit sensing channel area with a connected PC. IP67 protection structure allows stable and error-free operation even in wet or dusty environments. The line beam mapping sensors can be used to detect display panels on transport cassettes.

The E60H series sine wave incremental rotary encoders transmit analog sine wave operational amplifier (op-amp) output for speed regulation and position control. C, D output phase signals can be used to calculate absolute position and A, B output phase signals can be multiplied to offer high precision position control comparable to over 10,000 pulses.
The E20HB series blind hollow shaft type incremental rotary encoders feature ultra-compact Ø20 mm size housings and lightweight (35 g) design. The small size and light weight allows easy installation in tight or limited spaces. The low moment of inertia of the shaft minimizes the effect on the rotation of applied equipment.
